來自北京Miles Bar的調(diào)酒師摘取今年中國君度女王比賽的桂冠。Beijing bartender from Miles Bar beats off competition to be crowned this year’s China Cointreau Queen.
來自北京Miles Bar的調(diào)酒師詹梓彥贏得2014年君度女王調(diào)酒大賽——這項(xiàng)僅對女調(diào)酒師開放的比賽于上周在上海外灘花馬天堂落下帷幕。
每位選手可以選擇兩位吧臺助理。詹梓彥的團(tuán)隊(duì)里還包括許可宗和李杰美，在他們的幫助下，她憑借自創(chuàng)酒飲French Bubble ( 由君度橙味利口酒，卡爾瓦多斯，本尼迪克汀，檸檬汁和蘇打水混調(diào)而成）而贏得比賽。
“這是我首次參加調(diào)酒比賽，”詹梓彥說道。“我學(xué)到了太多。這都得感謝我團(tuán)隊(duì)兩位完美隊(duì)友的支持。”
與此同時，來自上海Epic的韓燕靜取得次席，而來自重慶Lucee Bar的劉春燕取得第三名。來自北京True Color的劉戀贏得“人民選擇獎”。
繼2013年首次推出后，君度女王比賽今年再次回歸。今年的評委席包括君度家族第六代傳人Alfred Cointreau，《飲迷》雜志主編Dan Bignold，以及Constellation酒吧業(yè)主金衆(zhòng)磊。
Beijing-based bartender Yann Zhan from Miles Bar has won the 2014 Cointreau Queens Cocktail Competition – a female-only comp that came to a climatic close at Lost Heaven, Shanghai, last week.
Each contestant was allowed the support of two “bar backs”. Zhan’s team included bartenders Paul Hsu and Jimmy Li who helped her craft her winning cocktail, the French Bubble (a mix of Cointreau, calvados, Benedictine, lemon juice and soda).
“This is the first time I’ve entered a cocktail competition,” says Zhan. “I’ve learned so much. I really appreciate the support of my team. They were perfect.”
Meanwhile, Summer Han of Epic, Shanghai came in second place while Aviva Liu from Lucee Bar, Chongqing took third. Cici Liu from True Color, Beijing, won the “People’s Choice Award”.
Debuting in 2013, this is the second Cointreau Queens competition in China. This year’s judging panel included sixth generation Cointreau family member Alfred Cointreau, DRiNK editor in chief Dan Bignold and Constellation owner Kin-san.
